- Seller: CONFIRM entity, ABN CONFIRM, CONFIRM address.
- Marketplace: Plugin Place is a marketplace. Plugins may be made by us or by independent developers (“Developers”), and each listing names its Developer. CONFIRM: is Plugin Place the merchant of record for all sales? Recommended: yes, so we collect payment and handle refunds. Plugins are licensed, not sold, under the EULA and any Developer licence terms shown on the listing. 2a. Developer responsibilities: each Developer is responsible for their plugin’s functionality, updates and support. We review plugins before listing them, but we don’t guarantee third-party code.
- Pricing: shown in CONFIRM AUD/USD. GST CONFIRM is included where it applies.
- Payment: taken by Stripe at checkout. Renewals CONFIRM manual or auto — if automatic, we’ll email you before you’re charged and you can cancel at any time in your account.
- Delivery: instant download once payment is confirmed.
- Licence term: updates and support for CONFIRM from purchase. The software keeps working after it expires.
- Refunds: see our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Acceptable use: don’t share keys, resell, or get around licensing. We may revoke a licence if these terms are breached. 8a. Removing listings: we may remove a plugin from the marketplace. If we do, existing licences keep working for the rest of their term where possible.
- Liability: to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
- Governing law: CONFIRM state, Australia.
