How does licensing work?
Every purchase comes with a licence key. It covers the number of sites on your plan (1, CONFIRM or unlimited) and includes updates and support for CONFIRM: 1 year from the purchase date.
What happens when my licence expires?
The plugin keeps working. You just stop getting new updates and support until you renew. CONFIRM renewal discount
How do I get updates?
Once your key is activated, updates show up under Dashboard → Updates, just like plugins from WordPress.org.
Can I move my licence to another site?
Yes. Deactivate it in the plugin settings or in your account, then activate it on the new site.
Can I use it on staging or local sites?
CONFIRM Our suggested approach is that local and staging domains don’t count toward your site limit.
What’s your refund policy?
If a plugin doesn’t work for you, ask for a refund within CONFIRM days. Our Refund Policy has the details.
How do I get support?
Log in and open a ticket from the Support page. We reply within CONFIRM business hours.
Can I upgrade my licence?
Yes. You can upgrade from your account and only pay the difference.
